At the customer's request, Ciranna Technologie Inc can offer extended warranty options for the computer equipment supplied.

These warranties are based exclusively on the manufacturers' official programs and are validated by authorized suppliers, including HP, Dell, Lenovo, ASUS, and other recognized brands.

Warranty terms may vary depending on the manufacturer and equipment model, particularly with regard to:

The warranty period (extended from 1 to 5 years depending on the available options)
The location of the service (on the customer's site, or back to the supplier's service center)
The type of services (repair, parts replacement, technical assistance, next working day intervention, etc.)

Ciranna Technologie Inc. offers, upon request of the customer, the warranty options best suited to their needs, in accordance with the official programs of the supplier.

Shipping and Return Policy

1. Returns

Option 1 – No refund/exchange
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 514-943-7708 or email services@cirannatechnologie.com with details of the product and the defect.

A member of the team will contact you shortly to guide you and provide all the necessary information to facilitate the return of the item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and inform you by email, within a reasonable timeframe, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or a refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.

Option 2 – Authorized refunds

We accept returns. You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you by email within a reasonable timeframe whether you are eligible for a return. If you are eligible for a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
